I have been doing Real Estate in the central Texas corridor for over four years. I started my career as a part-time agent attending class full time at Texas State. This enabled me to master the San Marcos rental market from the inside out. I graduated from Texas State in December 2008 with a degree in Business Management and have been a full time agent since. I enjoy using my rental knowledge to help investors find under valued properties that produce cash flow. I look forward to transition to a career centered in mulit-family sales and land development.
